Still needing some answers? The below may help you out but
if not, please give us a call and we’d be happy to help.
What methods of payment do you accept?
Preferred methods are credit cards (VISA & Mastercard), EFTs & e-transfers, company cheques, and debit.
Do you work weekends?
We do not work weekends to give our hard-working staff a well-deserved break, though occasionally special arrangements can be made for a weekend installation in certain situations, which would incur additional charges above any previously quoted price.
Do you travel up island?
Though our offices and manufacturing facilities are located in Victoria, we regularly install signs and graphics all over southern and central Vancouver Island, from Sooke to Tofino to Campbell River, the Gulf Islands and beyond.
What happens to my logo after I pay for it?
Once your logo design is paid for, we will supply you with a digital copy that can be used at your discretion.
Can a wrap or decal damage the paint on my vehicle?
Providing your paint is in good shape prior to wrapping your vehicle, any graphics applied to it will not cause damage to the finish. In fact, the graphics actually protect it from fading and scratches. Keep in mind, though, that any unwrapped sections will continue to be subject to the elements and fade over time so that, if the graphics are removed, there may be some noticeable difference between the protected and unprotected areas depending on how much time has passed. Also keep in mind that wrapping a vehicle is not a way to cover rust, as the adhesive will not adhere.
Should I clean and wax my vehicle before a wrap?
Vehicles must be clean before any graphics can be applied so, yes, cleaning is not only recommended but required as per our terms and conditions. Vehicles that do not come in clean are subject to an additional cleaning charge above and beyond the quoted price. However, DO NOT WAX YOUR VEHICLE after cleaning, as the wax will prevent the vinyl adhesive from adhering properly. As a precaution, prior to applying graphics we always wipe down vehicles with a paint-friendly solvent to remove any residues that may be present. However, if the vehicle has been waxed, more time is required to prepare it, meaning extra charges above and beyond the quoted price will apply.
