do you work weekends?
We try not to work weekends to give our lovely staff a well-deserved break. On the occasion weekend appointments are required Graphic FX can arrange to meet your needs.
what type of payments do you accept?
We are not prejudiced when it comes to payments…. Visa, Mastercard, debit card, EFT, cheque and yes… we’ll even accept cash!
what happens to my logo after I pay for it?
Once your logo or design is paid for, we will supply you with both a digital file and hard copy of your logo.
do you travel up island?
We sure do – we are like Stompin’ Tom Conners – “We’ve been everywhere man!” and we definitely go up island and to the mainland, the rest of BC and beyond. Graphic FX has done national campaigns for some of our larger clients and we are always willing and able to help you with your out of area campaigns.
does a vehicle wrap or decal damage my paint?
Providing your paint is in good shape prior to wrapping your vehicle it will not damage your paint. Wrapping a vehicle though is not a way to cover your rust!
Wrapping your new business or personal vehicle is an excellent way to keep your paint in like new condition thereby assuring you the highest trade-in value when you go to sell your vehicle as it protects your car from rock, bug and scratch damage… plus as a business vehicle it will increase your business to your company! A win – win solution!
do I clean and wax my vehicle before a wrap?
Yes – clean it with regular soap and water BUT DO NOT WAX IT. The wax will affect the adhesion of the vinyl wrap to your vehicle and cause it to fail and release from your paint. As a precaution we always wipe down vehicles prior to wrapping with wax removers but, please don’t wax – it will just take us more time to wrap your vehicle and cost you more.
